Since moving away from Texas and all my beloved close friends, I have found that attempting to stay connected to them is even more important to me than it ever was before. Luckily Facebook makes that quite easy!
A few months after I was here I was in line at WalMart when I noticed these cute little egg-shaped lip balms! I grabbed one for myself and I keep it on my desk to use as needed…or when I want to pretend I’m at a fruit stand on the beach instead of sitting behind a computer! My favorite thing about them is that the application is hands-free! Yay! No more rubbing your dirty fingers into a pot of lipgloss and then spreading it all across your lips…
Ewww. I think I just gave myself chills thinking of the nastiness that breeds!
Anyway, so I picked a couple up and sent them to my bridesmaids for a little Easter goodie! I also sent a couple to my step-daughter
Even though she’s only 10 years old, I think this balm is totally appropriate since it offers no more color than a regular Chapstick would, but it’s way cuter and smells better! Rumor is that there were more than a few little girls taking their turn at trying it out…
Although it doesn’t have to be Easter to give them; these little pots are awesome and would make a great little “just-thinking-of-you” gift anytime year round and they are even safe for little girls to use!
If you’re a lip gloss lover like myself, you know you can never have too many varieties! Can I get an amen?
