		<description>Just surfed in and saw this question. My answer is no. Our bodies are all different and just like how some people can eat certain foods that others can&#039;t, our bodies are going to respond differently to food. 

I&#039;d imagine that we&#039;d have to have been eating the exact same food in the exact same proportions for many many years for our farts to smell the same. We&#039;d also probably have to be exact duplicates of each other since all our internal organs and chemical makeups are going to be different across the board.


Wow... didn&#039;t realize I had so much to say on farting. :) Who knew?
