My answer is no. Our bodies are all different and just like how some people can eat certain foods that others can't, our bodies are going to respond differently to food. I'd imagine that we'd have to have been eating the exact same food in the exact same proportions for many many years for our farts to smell the same. We'd also probably have to be exact duplicates of each other since all our internal organs and chemical makeups are going to be different across the board.
